Chatham T Company is owned and operated by Sandra Wycoff. The doors first opened in Chatham on Memorial Day Weekend of 1979 and since then has been a huge success!!
We currently have three storefronts on Main Street in Chatham: Chatham Clothing Bar, Chatham Kids, and Chatham Clothing Co.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between 11/1 - 12/30 may be returned for a full refund through January 31, 2024.
*Returns require original receipt and original form of payment/card.
*Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on.
*Gift receipt or gift certificate purchases may only be exchanged, or returned for store credit
Please note, we will be closed Jan 2 - 11.
New, unworn merchandise with tags attached and the original receipt can be returned or exchanged, according to the policy below:
Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded in full in the same manner it was paid for.
Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will be issued a store credit only.
Returns or exchanges without the original receipt will be issued a store credit based on the current selling price of the item.
Special orders are final sale.
Items purchased during Final Sale periods cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges by mail
Send your item back to our store preferably using a tracked method. We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the item(s) being sent to our store for a return or exchange. Exceptions apply if merchandise is defective.
Please include the original receipt and all your relevant contact information in your package of returned item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will then process the refund either to your original method of payment or as a store credit, based on our return policy above.
For exchanges, we will send you a replacement item(s) using a tracked method. We will assume the cost of the outgoing shipping on an exchange.
